Dress Code

At Strawberry Hill Golf Club we aim to provide a friendly and sociable environment in which a memorable golfing experience can be enjoyed. Members and visitors are expected to wear recognised golf clothing on the golf course or smart casual clothes as described below in and around the Clubhouse. Juniors and those having golf lessons at the Club will be advised of any appropriate changes to this Dress Code. We expect members and visitors to please follow the spirit of this Code.

On the Course
Golf shoes and recognised golf clothing must be worn. Recognised golf clothing means clothes that are designed for golf and are generally available in our golf professional’s shop or from other golf retail outlets. Shirts should please be tucked in unless they were designed to be untucked.

Spike Bar and outside the Clubhouse
Recognised golf clothing or smart casual clothing (including smart jeans and trainers) are acceptable.
Dirty or wet golf clothing should please be avoided.

Clubhouse
For the Clubhouse lounge - smart casual clothing (including smart jeans and trainers) or, if permitted by the Club as part of a golfing event or competition, clean and dry recognised golf clothing. No golf shoes or headwear, please.

The Club Professional and the Club Manager will be happy to discuss this Dress Code with you before you play on the course or enjoy the Clubhouse facilities.
